Apart from the field trips, all the conference activity will take place on site, including evening meals and entertainment. The special room rates for delegates are now fully booked. For those who want to stay on site for the conference a few rooms are still available at a rate from £195 Bed & Breakfast single occupant. There are also 3 bedroom lodges available at £229 per night without breakfast included but this can be added at a supplement of £10 per person per day. Lodges must be booked for 2 nights or more. For those who want to stay off-site, the village of Aviemore is a well known and popular holiday destination with beautiful scenery and a thriving local population, where you will find a welcoming atmosphere. The village is also a great base from which to explore the Cairngorms National Park and has a great selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.
